Yakstars

Since forming, the Yakstars have flown more than 200 displays throughout Portugal and Spain. The display continues to evolve, with each winter being put to good use, training new manouevres and developing the show. The aim is to showcase the amazing capabilities of the Yak 52 combined with the skill, experience and military heritage of the pilots. 

​

The display lasts 15-17 minutes, a duration that allows a fantastic, jaw-dropping sequence of over 14 separate figures to be flown and yet still leave the audience wanting more. 

​

Meticulously planned and executed, the Yakstars approach fast in Vic formation which grabs the attention of those watching below. The opening sequence is breath-taking as all the aircraft fly extremely close to each other. 

​

The show then continues with many exciting manouevres. A show not to be missed. You will be left wanting more.
